Krinkie's Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

On this snowy day, Ryan came to my home, prepared and absolutely professional, to examine my furnace, which was making a loud sound over night. He spent a good part of the morning diagnosing the problem, cleaning the furnace, changing the filter, and eventually putting together several options-which ranged from replacing parts to the whole unit. Pricing was competitive, and he took time to answer the many mechanical to service-related questions I had. Ryan was knowledgeable and courteous, a real pro! I called Krinkie’s at the early hour of 2:30 AM to request for service. They called back shortly after opening and had Ryan out within the hour! What responsive, professional service! Highly recommend-thank you!

Our furnace stopped working in the late night/early morning in January, I was able to call the emergency line and get connected to the on call technician. Joe was able to make it to our place in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and did an amazing job troubleshooting and repairing the issue. The customer service and repair were top notch, and he was a great guy to chat with - he explained very clearly what the issues were and the need for the repairs and the price was extremely reasonable as well. So glad to have taken some extra time to check reviews and choosing Krinkie’s - they will be my “go to” for all future work and maintenance. 5 stars - highly recommended!

A shout out to Krinkie’s for a smooth and pleasant new boiler installation! I did quite a bit of research on both companies and products and decided to go with a Weil-McLain. Krinkie’s was not the lowest bid, but they threw in for free the two baseboard radiators that I wanted replaced, which lowered the gap. They also put in a fresh air/combustion vent and rigged it up very nicely so it doesn’t blow cold air onto the floor. From beginning to end, they were professional, punctual, pleasant, hard-working, meticulous, and cleaned up when they were done. Anything that got moved, they put back in place. They took off their shoes when they came in or put down dropcloths when they had to carry things in and out. And as part of the bargain, they will come back for free in a year to make sure everything is working correctly. And of course, they’ll come back beforehand if something doesn’t seem right. The city inspector said everything looked good. I would definitely recommend Krinkie’s!

I had been troubleshooting my 1950s boiler for the past 3 weeks and just could not firgure it out. Im one of those guys that thinks I can fix just about everything myself. Our boiler was not shutting down. It kept trying to keep the water temp at 180F which meant wasting lots of gas and a big energy bill. After replacing a relay myself, i decided to call the old sticker on my unit from Krinkies. I was not expecting anyone to pickup as the sticker looked quite old. To my surprise, a sweet lady named Pa answered and was able to set me up with a wonderful tech named Dan. I was so impressed with how professional and attentive Dan was. He definitely came across as a very honest and trustworthy person right away. I also observed that Dan was a very good listener: he always let me finish my sentences and paid close attention to the info i was providing. When he was done, Dan took the time to educate me on my system and explain what was done to rectify the system issues. Lastly, my bill was more than reasonable. If you are on the fence about calling for service because you have an old heating system and are afraid of getting ripped off my those dishonest companies (see my other reviews), give Krinkies a call. I would not hesitate to call and ask for Dan again for any of my HVAC needs in te future! Thank you guys for good ol fashioned honest work!

Krinkie's service has been top notch. Their semi-annual checkups are easy to schedule (and they do the job of reminding you!), the technicians are punctual, courteous and great at explaining any maintenance tasks or recommendations they give. The one time we needed them in an emergency (our A/C unit wasn't working) they were able to accommodate within a day and get a workaround in place until they received a replacement piece. Can't recommend them enough!

We recently moved to the area, and I can confidently say we will never use anyone else for our home's needs. This company is absolutely outstanding. From top to bottom, they deliver excellence in both their service and their people. Ryan, Frank, and their entire team are the definition of professionalism. They are not only skilled, but also genuinely kind and hard-working. When we walked into our new home, we were hit with a major gas leak on a freezing evening. In what was an incredibly stressful and emotional situation, these amazing individuals came out immediately and took care of everything. They quickly identified the leaks, provided us with clear quotes, brought in space heaters to keep us warm, and got us on the schedule for repairs the very next day. In less than 24 hours, everything was fixed. To top it off, they discovered an additional leak that had been missed by Excel Energy. I truly cannot speak highly enough about this company and its incredible team. You’ve earned a customer for life. Please never change!

They did a fantastic job getting me a new furnace in 24 hours. Even provided me with space heaters in case I needed them overnight. Great company! My mom used them for years and now both my sister and myself use them for furnace issues. Definitely a good choice!

Shane came to my home this morning right on time got right to work.Serviced the furnace and Aprilare, noticed my water heater was ready to be flushed. Explained to me everything he had done. Very professional, & personable. I was very pleased and will request him as the technician every time.
